fall chilean sea bass

You will need:
• 1 pound Sea Bass, cubed
• 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
• 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1 pound Chantrelle Mushrooms
• 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
• 5 Roma tomatoes, quartered
• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1. Saute olive oil and garlic together

2. Add Sea Bass cubes and cook until it turns white or "chalky" in color.

3. Add Chantrelle mushrooms and soy sauce for 5 minutes.

4. Drain the pan of liquid and put the remaining contents into a baking dish. Spinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top and garnish with the roma tomato quarters. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
